At Christopher Clark Workshops, we have developed a proven manufacturing method that allows production to be both efficient and precise.
The design and manufacturing process starts in our drawing office. We take the requirements of the client and by using specialist design software we design and create a 3D model that we can send to the client for approval. After approval, using our specialist software, the design is then broken down into component parts ready for use by our workshop team.
Upon completion of the drawings our workshop team will use the drawings to start manufacturing. We have a large workshop with an array of professional tools and machinery to aid our experienced Millers. This combination means there is no job too big and no detail too small for us to undertake.
After the workshop process, we send your piece to our specialist Finishing Workshop after main production has been completed. We then add the final finish as required by the client. After the finishing stage, all our completed items go through our Quality Assurance procedure to make sure every aspect of the manufacturing and finishing process is completed to the highest of standards before shipment.
We make sure that all finished pieces are packaged to the highest of standards to ensure safety during transit and delivery.
